Coloquial term used to describe the worlds and races of the galaxy aligned against the Ralgon. This is neither an official term, nor is it exclusive to one government or the other. In theory, this term could be used to describe all of the worlds and races in the universe that are not Ralgon or under Ragon control. That said, the term tends to focus only on the known races and planets. This list includes but is not limited to:
