Cecilia Briggs

Cecilia is also a fairly vanilla despite her pivotal (albeit unintentional) role in the Codename Ciris Mythos. She was a bright student and very bright, though she was never at the top of her class. She was successful, vibrant, and full of life, with a huge potential in her. She was in college to study in the neuro-sciences and even managed to land an internship with the CNSCP. She did this without her Father’s knowledge and was able to get in on her own merits with no intervention from the Director. During her internship she began work with CNSCP personnel on a project which would ultimately turn into Project Delphi and during one of her conversations with her father, she mentioned that she had undergone a neural scan with the intent of using it to assist in the creation of the AI. It is quite likely that it was this comment to him that lead Briggs to utilize the neural scan and harvest the brain matter from his daughter’s body in the initial conversion stages that created the AI and subsequently Ciris.
