===Description===
Tecgui is very average in every physical respect. In his mid 40’s by the time we meet him in Cybrosis, and in fair enough shape but is hardly field certified. Clean cut, though often times his hair or appearance is a little more unkempt and messy given his work. Generally, he is seen in a more casual attire and/or wearing a lab coat and, to an extent, looks and feels a bit out of place when wearing anything formal.

===Personality===
In general, Tecgui is a very light and almost bubbly person. Like most in his line of work, he is very proud of the work he does and maintains a healthy rapport with his colleagues both within and outside of his department. He is a very loose personality, but to interpret that as a lack of resolve or focus on his work would be a serious miscalculation. Tecgui simply knows how to enjoy his work and enjoy the time he spends with the people. He is particularly close to Agents Ciris and Chen, and is on the inside of Brigg’s inner circle. This is not because he plays both ‘sides’ against each other. Quite the opposite, he is able to relate to both Briggs and to Ciris and does his best to see Ciris for who she is and not what she was. Unfortunately for him, this puts Tecgui in a frustrating position that he often has to keep secrets from Ciris in order to maintain his loyalty to Briggs. This puts him in an uncomfortable position as he knows that if Ciris finds out, not only the secrets, but also that he was keeping those secrets, it could bode ill for his friendship with her.

==Biography==
Like so many, [[Tecgui]] came to the [[CNSCP]] at a fairly young age. A prodigy, he was recruited straight out of college by Dr. [[Xavier Allenrod]], [[Tecgui]] began his career in R&D and has never looked back as he’s moved up the ladder within that division. A proud husband and father of two, [[Tecgui]] often times had difficulty in balancing his family life with his career. Choosing to keep his family completely in the dark about his work, they understood that he worked for the government and that he was doing good work to make the world a better place. No big surprise there. However, that relationship became strained during the events of [[Project Delphi]] and although things settled down a bit afterward, they still remained quite busy as Tecgui was dealing with the fallout of [[Xavier Allenrod|Allenrod]]’s violent departure and his own subsequent promotion. However, [[Cecilia Briggs]], offered new ides and a new approach cybernetic augmentation. Although the intiial attempts failed, they came on a theory they could map human memories and apply them to a cybernetic construct. Using this approach, and despite the untimely death of [[Cecilia Briggs]], [[Tecgui]] pursued the project.

As a result [[Ciris]] was created and required near constant supervision and maintenance. Just as things started to return to normal once again, the [[Cybrosis Incident]] occurred and pulled [[Tecgui]]’s attention back to the [[CNSCP]]. Instrumental in the final defeat of [[Xavier Allenrod]], [[Tecgui]]’s participation in the victory was tainted and forever marred when his wife filed for divorce. She claimed that she always loved him and always would, but couldn’t live with his constantly being gone. He understood and allowed the divorce to go through without a long drawn out legal battle.

Although he kept the news of his divorce relatively quiet, he ultimately confided his upset over the situation with [[Chen Min-Weh|Agent Chen]]. The two had been working closely together in the weeks after the [[Cybrosis Incident]] as she required physical therapy to rehabilitate the newly rebuilt cybernetic arm that had been installed to replace the one she had lost in her fight with [[Xavier Allenrod]]. They also worked on a new [[Modular Tactical Armor]] prototype, addressed the issue of [[Chen Min-Weh|Chen]]’s diabetes and even worked on the review of the Chicago area atmospheric reclamation unit.
